The Creators

Lauren Lewis (Creator/Director/Writer) has been working in the theatre since she was little, and with every breath, with every new hurdle, her love for the craft grows stronger. As an alumnus of the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts, Lauren has encountered such styles as Commedia Del’arte, Suzuki/Viewpoints and Character Writing and Analysis. As an actress, Lauren has portrayed african american opera star Jessye Norman and sixty year old lobotomized Korean man Walter Park in TWILIGHT, LOS ANGELES: 1992, Sonia in UNCLE VANYA, Mother in MACHINAL, Othello in OTHELLO, The Cheshire Cat and The Queen of Hearts in ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS, Nurse in ROMEO AND JULIET , Quince and Thisbe in A MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM as well as numerous voices in the staged Radio Play of IT’S A WONDERFUL LIFE . This coming Winter, Lauren shall be auditioning for theatre conservatories in London, to follow in the foot steps of those she so admires. Lauren would like to thank Elizabeth Swain, Jeremy Guskin, Dawn French and of course- Cullen, Mckenna and Houston for all the hard work they have put into this humble show. I thank you deeply.

Cullen Kirkland (Co-Director/Co-Writer)It seems not that long ago that Cullen began his acting career, landing the plum role of Romeo, playing opposite Lauren Lewis’ Juliet while the two were still in elementary school.  While attending the Los Angeles High School for the arts, where he garnered an award in Musical Theatre, Cullen enjoyed singing, dancing and acting in a series of musicals.  Professionally, he has been seen on stage as Jem in TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD and Sy in OUR TOWN.  Television credits include roles in CRIMINAL MINDS, STRONG MEDICINE, ZOEY 101 as well as work in commercials and print.  This is his first producing venture.
